If you’re open with him and NOT being shy, then he’ll see that everything is okay when it comes to you. He’ll feel comfort, he’ll see that its okay to be himself even though you guys are WAY more than friends now. Sometimes the girl has to take the initiative and do things first. Unless you want to just go with the flow and see where it leads you? Which would be wasting time, but me opening up to him, talking about any and everything with him and just being yourself should send him that “its my turn to open up” signal.

Anonymous Asked: Me and my boyfriend were together for 9months,I know to an adult it sounds like nothing, but for me(17) it was my longest relationship. We went thru a lot of things together and alot of firsts. Its so hard to live without him now, everyday is like a struggle. It just hurts so much knowing that I lost him &i dont even know why. He didnt leave on bad terms or anything , he just felt like he wasnt "ready" for a serious relationship while he was in college, what should I do? I still love him.See if he has feelings for anyone on his campus. if so, move on! no need to waste time on something that may never be a reality again. but you guys just need to have a good convo about everything thats going on or where you guys see yall’s futures! true love will always prevail in the end and find a way together!

Anonymous Asked: i need help, i'm tryna tell my parents that my boyfriend is black, i know your like "wow really?", but its harder than it sounds because i come from a family where nobody has dated out of our race and it seems like they wouldnt really accept him, they stereotype alot and idk. what should i do cause im foreal with this guy. if they dont accept this relationship should i leave him? or should i stay and not care what they think? HELPPhonestly, coming from an african american female, i think that you should just tell your parents that your boyfriend is african american. i personally LOVE interracial couples. it is the most beautiful thing ever to me and as long as your happy, your parents should be happy. I mean, as long as your boyfriend is actually doing something with himself, like as far as in his life, then maybe those “stereotypes” that your parents have will go out the window. It would not be fair to you if you stopped seeing him just because your parents have a problem with him being african american. thats like parents who arent okay with their child being gay, or whatever. its just NOT fair at all. if they dont like it, you shouldnt leave him. but thats just my opinion. if you feel that leaving him would be the best decision and wouldnt cause any problems, then go ahead. but i honestly dont feel like thats fair on your part. its your life, and i know you should ALWAYS respect your parents, but im sorry. if i were to go and date a white guy or asian ( which i am one day, lol ) and my parents had a problem with it, i wouldnt stop seeing him. im sorry, but i wouldnt. and neither should you.and you should just come out and tell them, instead of hiding it, because the longer this “secret” prolongs, the worse it MIGHT get…
